About FigureLane
FigureLane helps small businesses and bookkeeping firms organise receipts, invoices and bank statements into monthly workfiles, review extracted records against originals, and export Excel workbooks or bank CSV files.
Product availability
The public website is a product preview. Workspaces, document uploads and subscriptions are not open yet.
The homepage uses fictional paperwork to demonstrate the implemented workflow. These examples are not customer results.
What the workflow covers
- Separate monthly workfiles for each business or client
- PDF, JPG, PNG, CSV and TXT document intake
- Server-side PDF reading and English OCR
- Manual correction and review of extracted records
- Duplicate, wrong-month, missing-document and statement-balance checks
- Source-linked Excel workbooks and bank CSV exports
Where human review matters
Check dates, descriptions, amounts and statement balances against the originals. Confirm supporting evidence and resolve outstanding checks before approving a month. Measure the whole preparation cycle, including corrections.
- FigureLane does not replace a full accounting ledger or prepare tax filings.
- It does not create invoices, track unpaid sales or post directly into accounting software.
- Extraction and suggested matches need human review.
- It does not convert currencies or ingest email inboxes.
